This client and I have worked together for nearly twenty years, so when she called to say that she was building a new house and wanted my assistance, I was thrilled. The initial cabinetry and countertop selections were completed within 90 minutes! Changes were made and the design refined as my client and I talked through our different ideas for cabinet colors for the bathrooms, kitchen, bar, office, laundry, office and game room affecting the flow of the house. I selected dark blue cabinets for the bar and office when I learned about the house’s blue façade. A palette of serene warm grays flow through the house and drama is found in the dark hardwood floors.
